Project completed at: Dishoom
Dishoom Kensington opened in 2017 as the immersive theatre dining experience, 'Night at the Bombay Roxy'. Marking the fifth Dishoom in London, we were tasked with opening a restaurant which avoided being 'just another London opening'.
From the opening strategy to website management, paid social advertising to leading on the local marketing, I was heavily involved in the opening which led to city-wide success.
